Whether planning a concert or cultural event in the acoustically good Mahatma Gandhi Main Hall or a small event like birthday party in the strikingly good Lower Hall, the Gandhi Center of Saint Louis can provide the perfect backdrop to exude modern elegance and sophistication.

Since opening in 197x, this St. Louis Indian  cultural landmark has already played host to hundreds of events for many organizations including the events by several Indian cultural organizations and non-profit organizations.

Mahatma Gandhi Center St Louis has two halls to support any mid size community or family events.

 If the deposit in the whole amount of the rent is not received  within 10 days of reservation no guarantee to hold the place will be given.

Cancellation 30 days prior to reservation date, total amount will be refunded.

Cancellation without 30 day gap will incur a charge of 50% rental amount.

Cancellation without 7 day gap will incur full charge of rental amount.

Please observe following:
1. Turn off all lights at the end of your function.
2. Make sure that the exhaust above the furnace in the kitchen is turned off and keep pilot lights ON all the time.
3. Ensure that the water is not kept running in the bath room.
4. Ensure that garbage is not littered all over inside/outside MGC and should be put in the garbage cans.
5. Ensure that entrance door is closed at the end of the function.(Note: Once closed you cannot re-enter)
6. The decorations are allowed only to the walls without damaging them.( Note: Never use light fixtures and
chandeliers for decorations)

Upper Level Hall Details

Mahatma Gandhi Cultural Center Upper Level Hall consists of stage, a/v, chairs and tables. The hall can be used to organize small and medium size events with up to 600 people.
